Gareth Fleming | Managing Director

Gareth has been immersed in the world of Technology and Digital recruitment for almost 20 years. He thrives on connecting exceptional talent with innovative companies, whether it's a global bank or a hyper-growth scale-up. Gareth's international experience spans Ireland, the US, the Middle East, and London, where he's built strong teams and delivered successful results across all IT verticals. He's not just a recruiter, he's an advisor – bringing insights from his advisory board position with a Series B tech startup along with 10+ years’ experience of leading boards across various talent agencies. He specializes in both contingent, embedded and retained mandates and is part of a multi-award-winning team. You'll often find him sharing his expertise as a panelist and roundtable leader in the talent industry. When not working, he is typically driving his 3 kids from one social engagement to another and supporting the mighty Aston Villa.

Stacy Keogh | Director of Technology Recruitment

Stacy has spent over a decade immersed in Technology and STEM recruitment, connecting top-tier talent with innovative companies—from disruptive startups to global enterprises. Her international experience spans Ireland, the US, Canada, and the Middle East, where she has built high-performing teams and delivered results across Blockchain, Web3, Software, and AI.

With over 10 years in recruitment, two ERF awards for "Best Technology Recruitment Team" in Ireland, and a track record of leading large tech recruitment divisions while hosting industry events, Stacy brings a wealth of global expertise. More than just a recruiter, she’s a go-to expert for industry trends, team culture, and scaling businesses from startups to enterprises worldwide. Her approach is built on partnerships, not transactions—focusing on long-term success rather than quick wins.

Now joining Zylo Talent as Director of Technology Recruitment, Stacy brings her deep industry knowledge and personal touch to clients and talent across the US, UK, Middle East, and EU.
